This eLearning course was designed and developed after meeting with the IT department. Working with SMEs, gaps in knowledge were determined and learning objectives were written. Interactive workplace scenarios were intentionally interwoven throughout to effectively close those knowledge gaps and improve retention on email security and phishing scams for all employees.

After several confrontations with employees and customer complaints over Service Animals, it is clear there is disconnect and confusion about Service Animals in the retail space. To eliminate confusion and continue to provide excellent customer service, this eLearning course was designed to help retail employees identify a service animal from a pet and determine when it would be appropriate to either modify the store policy or ask to have a service animal removed.

This eLearning course was designed and developed with a goal to drive more traffic to a local plant shop. The shop aims to close the knowing-doing gap using an interactive training course with simple steps to follow for first time plant owners in order to create confident plant parents that will return to purchase more.

Once the design doc was approved by SMEs and stakeholders, this storyboard was created using business branding and details specifics for all slide scenarios, interactions, text, narration, knowledge checks and final quiz questions.
