Safe & Sound Insurance’s main goal is building and maintaining trust with each client through a focus on protecting confidential client information by increasing email security. The IT department can only put so many filters in place; some deceptive phishing emails will make it to the inboxes of employees leaving Safe & Sound and its clients vulnerable. However, many employees are unaware of the dangers of such email scams or what to look for to identify them. It is necessary to explicitly teach employees how to properly secure their email accounts to protect clients and the business. Results of the training are that the IT Dept. reports show
an increase of employees reporting potential phishing scams and a decrease in phishing emails being opened.

Many retail stores and restaurants have 'No Pet' policies for sanitary purposes. However, these often directly clash with the ADA law. No business wants to be the scene of the next viral video. The goal is to continue to provide excellent customer service, build rapport, better handle customer complaints, and avoid arguments due to lack of knowledge on the topic without breaking the law. To eliminate confusion and confrontations, a training course is needed to help retail employees identify a service animal from a pet and determine when it would be appropriate to either modify the store policy or ask to have a service animal removed.

Local Plant Shop goals are to help build confidence in potential plant parents (or new employees even) who lack experience in order to create lifelong customers and drive traffic into the shop. Customers may purchase one plant, but none after that if the plant dies due to a gap in plant care knowledge. Local Plant Shop wanted a fun, engaging way to introduce customers to a simple starting point that will show them they can be successful in growing plants. This will ensure an increase in satisfied customers that will return to purchase more plants. Course content can be accessible via shop website or in-store on iPads, so customers can access it before or after their purchase.
Target Audience: Beginners with little to no experience
