In an effort to foster a positive environment of continual learning, this microlearning instructional video encourages employees to read more books and provides six doable strategies to accomplish just that.  This instructional video encourages employees discuss what they're reading or even form book clubs at work for inspiration and motivation. Included at the end of the video is a QR code that allows participants to download and print a Reading Tracker pdf to start their reading journey.  This video also utilizes: animated characters, audio narration, music, zoom effects, and motion paths.

Project Summary: This infographic was created to support employees after they have passed the Email Security Training. It can be posted in the employee work room as a reminder, or it can be printed for each employee to keep at their workspace to refer to when they come across a suspicious email.

This business card size reference guide is provided to every employee after taking the Email Security Training. This can be kept in their workspace or even taped to their monitor as a subtle reminder every time they update their password.

This reference guide should be posted in a visible location in the employee workroom or breakroom. After passing the training course, this will be a reminder of the ADA law, the questions employees are allowed to ask, and the steps to take to ask a service dog to be removed. As this situation will not be a daily occurrence, it is important to have the reference guide up as a reminder to help employees stay calm and professional.

This Reading Tracker accompanies the How to Read More Books Vyond instructional microlearning video. After watching the video and learning six the strategies to help read more, such as goal setting and keeping track of what has been read. Participants should download,  print, and use the pdf to track their reading goals which are written at the top and to record the titles of books they finish.
